These oral submissions are very important as I am attempting to clarify the factual evidence to the coroner Mr Cain with all the factual and compelling evidence linked to the murder of our daughter. The evidence given at the inquest has clarified solid compelling evidence surrounding the circumstances of Elly's death filling in most of the gaps in evidence before the inquest.
